How it works
Only available for UK customers. When we’ve received your kit, we might contact you before we wash it. If you have any questions before sending us your gear, don’t hesitate to call the Ambleside Wash Station on 015394 54954.

- Package your kit
- Include your order number and contact details in the package. You can find your order number on your order confirmation email
- Generate your postage label on the Royal Mail Returns Portal
- Post your wash or arrange a collection
